Return & Refund Policy

At Vizaryx, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you face any issue with your order, the following terms will apply.


🔁 Returns / Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

  • Only size exchange is available (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.


💰 Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.


📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Customers must record a continuous, uncut unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package and the product inside.

  • Claims regarding damaged or incorrect products will not be accepted without an unboxing video.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Used or washed products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
