At Vizaryx, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you face any issue with your order, the following terms will apply.
🔁 Returns / Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

Only size exchange is available (subject to stock availability).

Exchange is allowed only once per order.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged

Wrong product delivered

Manufacturing defect
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a continuous, uncut unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.

The video must clearly show the sealed package and the product inside.

Claims regarding damaged or incorrect products will not be accepted without an unboxing video.
